Welcome to Outpost Rifle — your cozy home base for exploring Western Colorado. We’ve created a comfortable, laid-back space with a little bit of that outdoor adventure and small-town charm. Whether you’re here to explore, relax, work, or simply enjoy a change of scenery, we hope you’ll feel right at home at the Outpost.

Good to know

Outpost Rifle is a private 2-bedroom, 1-bath home with indoor and outdoor spaces reserved for your stay. Sleeping arrangements: • Primary bedroom — Queen bed • Second bedroom — Full bed • Living room — Queen sleeper sofa • Living room — Two twin sleeper chairs • Sleeps up to 8 when booked for the appropriate number of guests The kitchen is stocked for more than just reheating leftovers. You’ll have a full-size refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, air fryer, Instant Pot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, Crock-Pot, electric kettle, juice press, and both K-Cup and traditional drip coffee makers. You’ll also have an in-home washer and dryer, comfortable living space, dining area, and a fully fenced backyard. Bringing your dog? The backyard includes a dog door, and you’ll find pet supplies, waste bags, couch covers, and other helpful items available during pet stays.

Outpost Rifle is set up for 4 guests by default and can accommodate up to 8 guests when the reservation is booked for the appropriate number of occupants. 🐾 Pets: Dogs are welcome with applicable booking requirements. Please clean up after your pets and secure the dog door before checkout. 🚗 Parking: Two driveway spaces and additional street parking are available. Please contact us in advance if you need accommodation for a larger vehicle. ⚡ EV charging: EV charging is available on the property. 🧺 Extended stays: Guests have access to the washer and dryer. Optional full laundry service and mid-stay cleaning may also be available for an additional fee. 🚭 Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the front porch. A designated outdoor area is available behind the home. 🌙 Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. 🎉 Gatherings: Parties, unregistered guests, and events are not permitted without prior host approval. Fireworks are not permitted. We’ve stocked the home with plenty of everyday essentials and thoughtful extras, but if you need something during your stay, please reach out. We’re happy to help whenever possible.

Welcome to Outpost Rifle! Please help us keep the home comfortable for you, our neighbors, and future guests. Maximum occupancy is 8. No parties, events, or additional overnight guests without prior host approval. Maximum 2 pets. Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste in the outdoor pet-waste bin. Please close the doggy door before checkout. No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the front porch. Smoking is permitted only in the designated area behind the home. Please dispose of waste properly. Maximum 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 directly in front of the home. Please do not block neighboring properties, driveways, or the alley. Contact us in advance if you need parking for a larger vehicle. Please secure doors and windows when leaving the property and at checkout. Used towels may be placed in the provided hampers. You do not need to strip the beds. we'll take care of that for you. Thank you and please enjoy your stay :)

Guests have private access to the main house and its designated outdoor areas for the duration of their reservation. Self check-in makes arrival easy, and your unique entry instructions will be provided before check-in. Parking: Up to two vehicles may park in the driveway, with additional street parking directly in front of the property. Back-alley parking for larger vehicles may be available by prior arrangement. Guests may use the washer and dryer, fully fenced backyard, kitchen, and other guest amenities provided throughout the home. Some clearly marked host, maintenance, and supply storage areas are locked and are not available for guest use.
